Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TraxVault for Inflyte ("the App") and the website at traxvault.app (collectively the "Service"), provided by TraxVault ("we", "us").

By installing the App or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What you're subscribing to

TraxVault for Inflyte is a macOS desktop application that automates downloading promotional music files from your personal Inflyte account. You provide your own Inflyte account credentials; we do not provide access to Inflyte's catalog or any audio content.

We are an independent third-party tool not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Inflyte. "Inflyte" is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Free trial

Every fresh install includes a free trial: the first 10 promo downloads are unrestricted. No credit card or account required.

Once the trial allowance is consumed, the App requires an active subscription to continue downloading.

3. Subscription, billing, and renewals

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy LLC as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller, handles tax collection (VAT, GST, sales tax), and issues invoices.

Two plans are offered:

  • Monthly$5 / month, billed every month, cancellable at any time.
  • Annual$50 / year, billed once per year, cancellable at any time.

Both plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your purchase email) — no questions asked.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for; the App keeps working until then. After that the App reverts to trial mode.

4. License to use the App

Subject to a paid active subscription (or active free trial), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the App on one (1) Mac per active subscription seat.

You may move the activation to a different Mac at any time using the "Deactivate" option in the App's License panel. Sharing your license key with anyone else is prohibited and is grounds for immediate revocation without refund.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the App. You don't receive ownership; you receive a license to use it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent required by applicable law that cannot be waived;
  • remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or license notices contained in the App;
  • use the App to download content you don't have legitimate access to via your own Inflyte account;
  • use the App in a way that violates Inflyte's Terms of Service or applicable music licensing rules in your jurisdiction;
  • use the App in any unlawful manner or to violate any third party's rights.

We are not responsible for what you do with the music files you download. You are responsible for complying with the terms of Inflyte and the rights holders of any tracks you obtain.

6. Updates

While your subscription is active, the App receives automatic updates. Updates may modify, add, or remove features at our discretion. We aim to maintain backward compatibility with your existing license key.

7. Service availability

Because the App depends on third parties (Inflyte's website, Lemon Squeezy's License API), it may temporarily fail or become unusable due to changes outside our control — for example, if Inflyte changes their site structure or adds anti-automation measures.

We commit to fixing breakages reasonably quickly via the auto-update mechanism, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If the App is broken for more than 14 consecutive days, contact us for a pro-rated refund.

See our Refund Policy for details. In short: 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of any plan; later renewals are non-refundable but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms (notably section 5 — acceptable use), if your subscription payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, or if applicable law requires us to do so.

12. Trademark notice (Inflyte)

"Inflyte" is a trademark of its respective owner. Our use of the name is descriptive — we identify the third-party service the App works with — and is not intended to suggest affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship. If you are a representative of the Inflyte brand and have concerns, please email us.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

14. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably via support@traxvault.app. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the seller's jurisdiction, except where consumer protection rules grant you a right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
