Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with TraxVault for Inflyte. If you're not, here's how we handle refunds.

1. Try before you buy

Every fresh install comes with 10 free promo downloads — no credit card, no signup, no commitment. Test the App on your real Inflyte account before subscribing.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee on first payment

If you subscribe and decide it's not for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on either the Monthly or Annual plan. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). Funds usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

Email support@traxvault.app from the email address you bought with. Include:

  • your order number (in your purchase confirmation email), or
  • just the email — we'll find the order ourselves.

We process refund requests same business day (Monday–Friday, Lisbon/Brazil time). On weekends, by Monday morning.

3. Subscription renewals (after the first 14 days)

Renewal payments — the second monthly charge, the second annual charge, and so on — are non-refundable as a general rule. However:

  • You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further charges occur.
  • The App remains fully functional until the end of that paid period; after that it reverts to trial mode.

We make exceptions for clear cases of accidental renewal: if you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of an unwanted renewal charge — and haven't actively used the App in that billing period — we'll refund it. Just ask.

4. If the App is broken

Because the App depends on Inflyte's website (which can change without notice), there may be periods where features are broken while we ship a fix.

If the App has been unable to perform its core function (bulk downloading) for more than 14 consecutive days and we haven't shipped a fix, you're entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. Email us with the dates.

5. EU consumers — right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), digital content delivered immediately as a download is normally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once you start using it.

We voluntarily extend a 14-day money-back guarantee anyway (see section 2 above) because we want satisfied customers, not trapped ones. By starting your free trial and then subscribing, you do not lose this 14-day refund window — it begins on the day of your first payment.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please email us first. We'll resolve it within 1-2 business days. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us is strongly discouraged because it locks your subscription, costs both parties fees, and can be processed slower than a direct refund.
